Ingredient: Yam flour.
A cholesterol-free Yam flour is yam that has peeled, sliced, cleaned, dried and then blended into a flour, also called elubo. Yam is white, but it turns into a brownish colour after it has been dried. Use of this flour is known to create lighter, fluffier products. High in carbohydrates, the food also contains some fat and protein.
Cooking Instructions: Heat water to 70C, then add Fola Foods Yam flour and keep turning it on the fire till the yam flour gets done. Cover for 2 minutes and re-turn it. You can now serve your meal with desired soup.
