Ingredient: white maize flour. Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 1465kJ / 345kcal, fat 0.7g, of which saturated 0.1g, carbohydrates 77g, of which sugars 0.4g, fibre 3g, protein 7.5g, salt 0.15g.
Instructions for use: Add some salt and bring to the boil about 2 litres of water per 500 g of cornflour, slowly mixing it at the same time to avoid any lumps. Cook about 40 minutes mixing it slowly.
