Ingredients: Potato 33%, dough (wheat flour (gluten) 48%, water, coconut oil, salt), onion, green peas, corn oil, coriander, salt, green chilli, ginger, spices (mango powder, fennel seeds, black pepper, cardamom, cloves, star anise, nutmeg, mace), Red chilli, coriander powder, cumin, cumin seeds, caraway seed. Tamarind chutney: sugar, water, jaggery sugar, tamarind paste (water, tamarind 13%, corn oil, red chilli powder, fennel, ginger powder, clove).

Keep refrigerated at -18°C. Do not thaw before use. Preparation: Bake the samosas in hot oil for (170°C) approx. 2-3 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Remove the excess fat and serve with the chutney.
