Cooking instructions: Boil 3/4 cup of water of fresh milk in saucepan on cooker. Add 1/3 cup of Iyan flour and stir well till lump free. You may add a little more water or milk and cook for a further 2 minutes, whilst stirring. Serve while hot with a stew of your choice.
