Parboiled rice is partially pre-cooked in its husk, which keeps some nutrients otherwise lost during refining. It may benefit gut health and impact blood sugar less than brown or white rice.
Cooking instructions: Wash the rice with plenty of water and drain. Add Parboiled Rice to a pan containing plenty of boiling water. Add salt to taste. Briefly stir the rice. As soon as the water comes back to the boil, cover the pan and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Leave to cook for 18 minutes for a slightly more tender grain. Remove the pan from the heat source and pour off the rice (use a sieve or strainer). Fluff the grains and leave to dump-off for a short while before serving. 
Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 1482kJ / 349kcal, fat 0.2g, of which saturated traces, carbohydrates 78.0g, of which sugars 0.3g, Protein 7.0g, salt traces. Store in a cool and dry place.
