Ingredients: sugar, milk solids, malt extract (sorghum), cocoa powder, vegetable oil, calcium phosphate, vitamin C, niacin, iron pyrophosphate, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin D, vitamin B12. Store in a dry, cool place.
Hot preparation: Scoop 4 teaspoons of MILO into a cup, add hot water and stir briskly to dissolve the powder. Add 2 teaspoons of milk powder. Stir well and enjoy your wholesome cup of MILO. 
Cold preparation: Scoop 4 teaspoons of MILO into a cup. Add hot water up to 1/4 of the cup. Add 2 teaspoons of milk powder. Add very cold water and some ice-cubes (if desired) and enjoy a wholesome cup of Milo.
