Cassava Slices

Ingredient: Cassava (Yuka). Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Stovetop: Fill a large pot with water, place over high heat. Bring water to boil and season with salt. Add Cassava, making sure it is covered completely with water; return water to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, gently stirring occasionally, until cassava is completely tender, about 20 to 30 minutes. Drain and serve.
